Wasting Light, the new album by the Foo Fighters came out 2 weeks ago. As someone who listens to Nirvana, and the Foo Fighters, I had to steal the album. Well, actually, it went kind of differently - one of my friends told me they got the new FF album, and when they said FF, I assumed it was Franz Ferdinand (which I also love). Yeah, I 'm kind of gullible. But either way, I had to steal it. (BTW it was produced by the same guy who did a Nirvana and a Green Day album before) So I did, and IT WAS FANTASTIC. I have to say, even from the start of the album, I was hooked. My favorite song on the album has to be "Arlandria". From the catchy lyrics to the guitar riff, it is just pure genius. The entire album as a whole though is great, "These Days" also stands out and "I Should Have Known". The lyrics on the album are meaningful and the musicality of it is phenomenal.
